Does  anyone have an accurate idea of how many apartments RyF have actually sold and completed?  I was shocked whenwe received the minutes from the AGM and saw how few owners names were included until I saw that neither oursor a friend's were included.  There were hundeds of RyF entries though soI hope sales have picked up over the summer.  There were some newly completed owners by the pools last week.  I wonder if RyF have slashed the prices yet.

The AGM list is out of date as it is the picture in March.

When I had a management meeting in June with Gerardo he told me 50-60% were sold. (see my post on this meeting)

Now AEA should know this because as each one completes it will get added to their list for community fee billing. The next meeting is on Sept. 19th so we should get a more accurate list then. In the meantime

I will try to get a list from AEA.

I had the same shock when i got back and read the minutes...but the names of owners listed are i belive those owners who were either at the meeting or had a proxy. Saying that there were people there who were not shown on the list so its integrity is in doubt.

i counted the number of apartments , 678 if I remember, and RF owned about 340ish ...which means that about 340 are sold.

Thanks John, that's better news!  There were new people arriving all the time when we were out and the place is looking good so we're happy with our purchase - just worried about the community fees issue after talking to Mark (W) and others about issues other developments are facing.
