Hi , I've just completed on an apartment in Block 11

 Have just read the all the comments and looked at all the photos in one sitting! Getting squared eyed now...   but wanted to say hi to everyone. I can't get out to DV until the very end of July but will be staying for most of August - I can't wait! But because I can't get out sooner  I am stuck with getting the apartment organised before I arrive. Your comments have answered many of my questions - thanks guys - I must confess to feeling a little less nervous about moving in now!

Does anyone know if AEA provide a key holder service? I have given RyF the snagging list but they have refused to collect the keys from the After Sales Office my spanish lawyer sent them to.

After that's done, I'll need to organise the cleaning and entrance for the furniture company. Hence my desperate need to organise a reasonably priced key holder that is local - the ASO want to charge way too much for this service.

Hope to meet up with some of you in August - looking forward to that.

I am on Coto Real which is just over from you, both built by RYF, I use Mark who lives in Duquesa Suites which is just down the road from you, he and Jenny do everything they are great, Mark is an ex policeman and is highly recommended.

A massive thanks to everyone that responded to my distress call !!!
I called Mark today and am waiting for his email giving me details on how to proceed.

I feel so much better now. And relieved that you're all so friendly and helpful.
I will be arriving on July 30th so hopefully we can meet up and I can properly introduce myself.

I'll be in block 11, building 42. 

Some burning questions:
 - are residents allowed to use any of the pools or only those closest to their apartments?
 - is there a supermarket or other kind of food shop nearby ? (as in walking distance because I don't drive)
 - is it safe for women to walk around alone in this area?
 - is there a bus that goes to and from Gibraltar airport to Duquesa?

I have loads more questions but they'll keep for now!

Can't wait to get there!
