Curtains/Blinds

Hi Everyone

We've just returned from a lovely 2 weeks in DV with some great weather.  We'd just like to let you all know that Natalia in the AEA Office in DV is a great help and I'm sure that with her on site many problems will be resolved.  She is at the moment making a list of all the communal snagging so please let her know if you are aware of any problems.

Just returned from DV myself after 9 days of hot weather and cool swims in the pool.....I met a few times with Natalia who is most helpful and has made a huge difference I am sure we agree....however I am sad to report that she is leaving AEA on Friday next 25th July to take up a new job in Gib.  AEA are looking for a replacement.

Hi All

Regarding final snagging,  I guess they have picked up on the point that some of the palm trees are dead and need replacing and the fact that every blocks needs some sort of attention to the outside peeling paint.  I dont want to duplicate what is alredy on the list.  Thinking of it, and sorry if I ahve missed this somewhere, do we have a central list we are maintaining anywhere.
