Hi
I agree can anyone update on the facilities at the sports area supermarket etc?
Or where the new foro is going to be? Any sign of "life" there
Now with the hot weather, does it look like things have started to slow down?

Hi All
Just got back from Murcia after completing WITH habitation certificate in place and on time.......As far as facilities go this is what I asked and what I was told yesterday......
* Temp Shop and Snack Bar available at Jardin 6 ( Sports Area ) from the End of July
* Shuttle bus Service will be available but from what date they cuold not confirm !!
* Town Centre located between Jardines and Naranjos will be open from approx end of Sept - early October
* No charge at moment for use of Gym -- they want residents to decide if they want the charges for staff etc.. to be part of Maintenance charges of eventually pay for that facility to keep charges down.
* You can fit approx 3 cases of beer in a Polaris cupboard ( for shampers info only )
* No date or decision yet for when they will start charging for Maintenance or how much !!!!
* New Airport is estimated to be up and running early - mid 2010
Will add more when I remember and find my note book
Everything looks fab and well worth the wait, cant wait to move out now, good luck to everyone with completions coming up.

Thanks all - Dan thats exactly what I asked and was told that there is no problem having the town centre sorted by that date AND all Polaris work on site will NOT stop during August - their workers and construction guys are working through until the site is completed - we will wait and see, the motorways and roads surrounding Condado now are A1 condition, so many new roads and motorways which makes travelling to Murcia City and down the coast an absolute doddle, will keep adding info as I remember it

As soon as my Son gets up and I have spoken to my Dad I will get them uploaded for you all. You can see I am not digitally minded - give me a power tool and I am happy but things that flash at me I tend to avoid

Talking of logistics then how far is it from Jardin 4 to the 'proposed' nearest watering hole at SubNandos, did u walk the walk ?
And just 3 crates of beer in a cupboard.............. think there are 7 cupboards so might have to use a wardrobe as well

The washing machine area has taken a bath as well.
Tho not in my bath, as that'll be full (c'mon, everyone must have filled the bath with cold water in the days pre aircon to chill the beer / wine in Spain/Greece etc when on hols)
If not then we're in for a surprise when we all meet

Hello everyone
We have just completed on condado and was told about this site by a lady we met in pinos bar in la torre it seems very informative, unfortunatly we did not bump into her again to swap details.
Look forward to reading and sending more replies as we would like to move out in sept,october.
