please note that I have now paid all my community fees just recently. But what are we paying for. I will tell you in a minute.  We tend to go to spain and spend money on poor value for Monday, I know I spend half a million in La reserva.  But now what do we get for admin fees, have you seen all the sand lying in the bottom of the pool and the jacuzzi. I have seen the pool in a terrible state, I would not attempt to get into it.  There is much more, dogs poo, abandoned cars, lawn grass etc etc.

Now I live in another community and I paid my fees up front because everything is ship shape when I go up to La reserva I grin and bear it.  Also in property I have in Teneriffe, the work that done is simply awsome, its simply great and its done every day. I pay 200 euro per quarter.

You need to make comparisons sometimes to know whats what.  I would not be suprised if someone won their case against the admin. There is something called Natural Justice even in Spain.

Dont worry about my builder he does a good job and he gets paid.  Dont be angry that I am doing something really nice with my apartment........I like nice things........and I am terrible for overspending.  dont worry be happy everyone, its going to be a nice day today.

I am also having my garden fully paved. .  I have got a quote of 2,900.00 approx.  Did anyone else get this job done and have they any info. Is there anything else one could use between gardens,as a border/seperation that looks well and Maybe it would stop the dog from barking at me.

One thing, it will tidy up my garden area and make the place look good no matter what the cost.  I suppose we should all tidy up the gardens and the place will start too really look good.

I think the administration needs to do something about the dogs.  Its not fair after buying a garden apartment that I should have this dog in the garden next door roaring evertime we go to our garden door or into the garden.  There are rules and I know this for a fact.  Other developements have rules in relation to dogs and loud barking by dogs all day is not allowed. How am I supposed to enjoy my property beside this problem. The administration needs to do something. My apt is in manazanna 3 block 5.

Jamesyvonne,  You are so right, the licence issue is so important to the whole of la Reserva and other developements, otherwise as I predicted early last year prices will fall and continue to fall.  I know people did not like what I said at the time. The property market has lost confidence of buyers and investors.  Banks not lending because developements have no licence.  Agents not selling property that has no licence and the list goes on. No wounder buyers are turning away in fear.

La reserva looks well, I was there a few weeks ago and was supprised how well the place looked and how clean the roads were outside La Reserva.  Old cars gone, pavements fixed but oh for the barking dogs, barking , barking morning noon and night.  Something will have to be done and Im not the only one complaining, I met others who said its crazy. Having a dog tied in a front garden nearly all day is unfair to the dog and his barking is unfair to me. I feel a 2 bed apartment is no place for a dog.

So here we go, wait for it.

Well done adt, im delighted for you after all your failed efforts to sell.

Can you tell us all did your solicitor have that important peice of paper..........Licence of first occupation in his hands when he dealt with the purchasers solicitor.  I wounder did the bank have it before they issued the mortgage to the purchaser if he/she got a mortgage.

Please remember it is possible for a cash buyer to purchase without a licence.

What I am trying to establlish is did your apartment have a FOL issued recently???

Good luck again.
