Spanish animals that need help

All the time I hear about Spanish animals that need help one way or another so this is for those animals

Calvin, presumed stolen from owners home near Cucador in Almeria province on Monday 17th Feb
Monday, February 24, 2014

Please can you help us.

Our beloved pet dog, Calvin, disappeared from our home near Cucador in Almeria province on Monday 17th Feb.

He is a 3 year old Spaniel cross, tan colour.

We have reason to believe he might have been stolen.

He has been chipped and was wearing a collar with a name tag, although this might have been removed.

He's a rescue dog and not a pedigree.

Please let me know urgently if a dog suddenly appears in your area answering this description.

Thank you, Donna

Angie's Dino .. do you have a heart?
Wednesday, February 5, 2014

In Angie's own words ...

"I've been rescuing dogs now for more years than I can remember. Money has always been tight, so recently I've only been able to foster dogs that come through an association and are sponsored.

However, I now have 11 dogs, which are all rescued. Until last year, we were coping ok, but then Dino (who suffers really badly with allergies) got worse, resulting in us having to take him to a dermatologist in Alicante.

We have already paid out over 700 euros on different treatments, and now we are having to give him vaccines every couple of weeks in the hope it builds up his immune system.

These vaccines are 185.00€ every 6 months, but as well as that he has to have baths every 2 days with special shampoo which costs around 30 euros a bottle. 1 bottle lasts about 2 weeks.

Also his ears are affected, so he has to have special drops put in every day. Last, but not least, he now has to have 6 anti histamines a day.

So as you can see, it's all getting a bit expensive. We survive on a bare pension, so it's really difficult when things like this wrong.

Our visit to the vets this morning was over 100 euros and that was before we bought all the medication he needs.

I'm struggling. If anybody would be kind enough to help me out, please click on the link. Thank you xx"

Please help by clicking on this link, give a couple of euros, it will be very much appreciated.

STILL MISSING JAN 2015 Buster, a golden cocker spaniel, has gone missing, please look out for him in the Cuevas de Pagan area
Saturday, February 1, 2014

UPDATED: I'm updating this as this week Marian, Buster's owner, thought they might be reunited at last. Sadly it turned out to be another golden cocker spaniel. It's very upsetting to have lost one never mind two.

..............................................................................................................

First please read about Jakki, who also belongs to Marian Pebody. Jakki was either stolen or went missing April 24th, 2012.

http://www.eyeonspain.com/blogs/spanishanimalsthatneedhelp/9127/jakki-a-8-yr-old-black-cocker-spaniel-missing-from-cuevas-de-pagan-near-fuente-alamo-murcia-since-april-2012.aspx

Now read about Buster who also belongs to Marian .... in her own words.

"Buster is my other cocker spaniel. He went missing/ stolen on December 18th 2013, from Cuevas de Pagan, Fuente Alamo, Murcia area. He is 8 and a half years old. He is a golden colour all over, male, not castrated but is chipped.

He was wearing a blue collar &, like Jakki, my missing black cocker girl, is very friendly. Losing him has just about finished me. I became paranoid after losing Jakki & kept Buster in but he followed my cross alsatian out, to chase rabbits. She came back but not Buster."
