We need quotes from builders, who speak English, to increase the height of a section of our front wall, then put stone coloured balustrades on it, plus remove existing metre high gates (single plus a roller type to drive) strip paint off & weld a metre high curved section to the height of each, & powder coat it all. We also require a key operated lock on the single gate. Other minor repairs too are needed.
