I don´t understand this reaction. Everyone has good advice to offer, no matter who they are. Professionals, whilst not being in a situation to sell, i.e. here, have possibly the best advice to offer.

I think your words "and meet some new people interested in buying and selling property" says it all though & we are inundated with spam posters who use our forum for their own gain as it's so massive. You have your website as your signature which is totally acceptable. Those interested can click the link.

I´m in no way planning to spam (promise!) nor promote and I had already navigated my way through the forum and seen others with web site links and therefore took it as to being acceptable. Sorry if I have confused with my wording, must be too much time in Spain talking Spanish...!
