El Pinet update on refunds!

Bought and paid Deposit in Feb 2003 and yes we are still waiting for completion. Has there been any successful refunds of all monies paid to dissatisfied buyers yet ? Spam post? I've made 1198 posts Send private message to georgia	Hi Chef 62, I do not know of anyone who has tried to get their money back or if they have been succesful. I think the El Pinet development is fully licenced now and work continues after it ground to a halt. San Jose have a funny way of working(not funny Ha Ha)they seem to build without the relevant documentation and then apply after the fact,hence the problems at El Pinet,Albeterra and Jumilla (santa Ana). Sorry couldn't be more help,i think a lot of people resided themselves to the fact that they would continue works at El Pinet and hung in there as in essence it is a good location. However San Jose have appealed and it can take another year. The contract is not worth the paper it is written on, the developers are totally unscrupulous and they have never heard of customer care.
