Which Broadband - Eye on Spain

I was wondering who the best supplier is. Would it be Telefonica? Or someone has mentioned a company called Europa. I would be very grateful for any advice. I need a reliable company. In order to have their broadband you need their landline and unfortunately that can be a problem both in terms of time delay and availability.
