Hi,
We have bought 2 3 bed apartments in Pensamiento block, 1 Ground Floor and 1 Penthouse with a view to keeping one and selling the other. Like everyone we are frustrated at the delay but despite this, the site appears to be coming on and looks like will be a promising prospect.....eventually! Anyone else bought in our block? Any update on completion date. We have seen September, October and December 2007 so far!!

I suggest, if you haven't already done so, you look in the development board for it, click on this link to join members in there. Hacienda Casares
Hopefully someone can shed some light on it for you.

Hi guys
would appreciate any advice on a snagging inspection-just heard from Aifos and need tocontact them soon-just joined the forum and I have been disappointed and worriedwith some of the issues surrounding Aifos- hope to go out in 3 weeks so any advice would help
