Hi, I have just received an email supposedly from Justin but it looks a bit hooky. For a start it is not from the EOS account but from a google account.

Is this genuine or a phishing scam?

Anyone else got a similar email? it is regarding the UNCUT DVD's.

In Almerimar you have the benefit of a 27 hole golf course, 2 beaches and the marine (1100 berths). Another thing to bear in mind is the proximity of the Sierra Nevada mountains and the skiing there, it is about 1 1/2 hrs drive away.  Also according to the ayuntamineto they are having an Olympic rowing lake built there as well.

I have spoken with AE's who have had some problems finding enough property to rent, mind you with some of the new developments coming on stream this is bound to change but I think it is still a great area with loads of potential.

Well worth a visit to make your own mind up on this one though.

Applied for NIE in Manchester in May, they said it would take about 3 months.
NIE certificates arrived today, 3 months almost to the day. Not bad huh!

My suggestion would be to get the NIE before moving to Spain, that way you can get on with doing financial things, like buying a car, getting a mortgage, etc. Without the NIE nothing of a financial nature can be done. The residencia can be applied for once you are there, I believe you have a set number of weeks in which to do this.
