City of Murcia

Wow,and to think we nearly passed it by !!

Murcia is an incredibly beautiful city  (which no doubt lots of you already know about but not so us Northern Costa Blanca ' ites) 

Amazing architecture,great shops,lovely atmosphere and friendly people.

We are just so pleased that we bothered to look in after a mind numbing - but productive trip to Ikea !

We were just sorry that we had already stuffed ourselves with Ikea something (not certain what ) and .chips as the restaurants looked amazing

.We did however manage to find room for a huge Murcian ice cream.

I totally agree gillian. Murcia is my favorite city in the whole of Spain. So friendly, well dressed people, fabulous architecture and the best restaurants. In 7 years I have discovered some great out-of-the-way areas of the city which are even more astonishing, and still discovering more.

Wanna take me on a grand tour, "G" ? (Have to bring other half though  but we could stand the beers !)

Morerosado - The grand tour involves a midnight visit to the casino Rincon de pepe!! Better make sure you bring your big handbag;+))
