Webcam - Eye on Spain

Can anyone tell me why I cannot see anything other than a tiny red cross on the EOS webcam. I know I must be doing something wrong but what? Most PCs come pre-installed with it these days. If you haven't got it you can download it for free here: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp _______________________ Spam post?
