Hi again Chanta.

Forgot to say:

When our last contract ran out  March 2006, SJ sent us a new contract for a further 12 months to March 2007 to sign, but also offered us a refund if we wanted, which we declined last time. They do by and large act fairly professionally, but if anyone wants their money back be prepared to wait 6-8 months rather than 6-8 weeks. Those wheels also move slowly. There's a thing.

Bob.

Hi Chanta,

Not once have SJ said there was opposition to the development. Please get them to open up when you visit on Tuesday. We have a right to know exactly what the position is.Let them know you are the voice of many buyers and will report back to the santa ana  forums. I wish you the best of luck

Hang on to your hats.  The political party, address below, is today lamenting the demise of Jumilla and I think it is saying that the licences/approval of the plan parcial  will take place tomorrow. 5th December.  It is possible Chanta will be there when the notice comes through to San Jose.

Hi to everyone Got back last night, was at SJ offices in La Zenia, Tuesday and Thursday,  rumours are flying  about and I know people are anxious, but this is what I was told by SJ and what I was able to find out. 2000 houses approx are under reservation, unfortunately they still have not been granted the building licence the guy at the Santa Ana build site said the council at their last meeting wanted more information on the sports hall they are now hoping it will be granted at the meeting in december, it also seems likely that no properties can be handed over before late 2007, as has already been reported previosly. Very little is happening on site and we did not say the site being advertised anywhere, as Linda has already reported the far left on Jumilla Council who have been against the development from the very start have indeed lodged an objection, SJ told me when I enquired about this, that this group had no power at government level and they were,nt worried. From a personal view I think the builders are being made to jump through hoops beffore licence approval, central government are concerned at theamount of developments on Spains eastern sea board, this government is less builder friendly than the previous one and are sticking their noses in big time to restrict building .
