Hi,

There are still two bathrooms upstairs in the Casablanca showhouse at Jumilla. When you walk up the stairs the 1st bathroom in on the left and the 2nd bathroom in an en-suite off the main bedroom to the right with the fancy round jacuzzi bath. The design has changed from the showhouse at Albatera!

Hi,

I think you'll find the Casablanca has an ensuite bathroom upstairs and also a separate bathroom for the second bedroom. Downstairs you have your third bedroom and separate bathroom. I 'm not aware of any change and this is according to the plan I have attached to my contract.

We also visited in jan 06 and there were still two upstairs including the ensuite as is illustrated in my contract as well.

Just found this site and great news that a forum is already set up. With regard to the big round bath in the en-suite, it is not a jacuzzi bath in the showhouse, however if you listen to the video presentation that San Jose have, it says on there that it is a jacuuzzi bath. Might be worth listening to the presentation next time you visit the site. I intend to ask San Jose what they are putting in.

I was told in December by our agent Ambasun that the site is between 3 to 6 months behind schedule. Anybody know the reason for this.

My completion date is March 2007 on our marbella 333 R4 (where are you on the site Ian & Margaret)

I have not as yet had any communication from SJ ref a delay as the contract gives them 3 months leeway I contacted SJ in December and they don't anticipate more than a month

We will all have to wait and see

We are on R15 plot 29. we are visiting the site sometime in the second week in February. We have a Marbella at present on Pinada golf at Villamartin. It is our intention to move out permanently but not for at least 3 years yet.
