Punta Plata Estepona

We are visiting Jumilla on Friday 27th October during a moto gp trip to get an update on building. We've bought in the 2nd phase, R4 completion date supposed to be May '07??? We are having pre-installed venting for heating / air con, so as with many will be looking to price up the units required. Any info would be appreciated.

Was in Jumilla in August , just walk around the town there are plenty of places selling air con,also Jecla up the road is worth a visit for furniture etc and San Jose have a manufacturer in Jecla putting packages together for Jumilla. Also be aware that in the cold weather you cant use the air con units for Heating as it gets below freezing in Jumilla, thats why I have gone for the under floor hating and a fire place
