Record Go Car Hire

We hired a car from this company last week from Malaga Airport. Not only were they extremely rude and un-helpful, they stung me for extra petrol. The car was a Kia Picanto, which was supposed to be a Ford Ka, and the petrol tank was 35 lt and they charged me 49.54 Euro, but infact it would only cost around 28 Euros to fill. I believe they are scamming their clients, charging way over the odds for the fuel. I have even cancelled my credit card so they could not take anymore money for the fuel they seem to think I owe them.

Has anyone else had problems with this company?

Yes, we hired in Alicante and they were very rude to me and my wife. This was about 18 months ago. Never been back since !!

I have just used Aurigo Crown who have a full/full fuel policy. Service was good, and 65€ for a Ford Fusion for 5 days was excellent.
