I went out this weekend to look at buying a 3bed quad and was very impressed with the build plus the pricing.... i reviewed the plans for the pool in phase 1 which looked smart.... it even has a canopy to warm the water in winter, a few paddle courts and a putting course. Its still needs approving but i got the feel it will happen
The middle is still a little up in the air... they will build houses but the commercial element seems a little up in the air
The main draw back seems to be the need to drive to find bars and restaurants... appreciate that there is the rose and crown and another bar
I still need to think it through before i consider buying.... i hope it helps those that are there
