HAS ANYONE RENTED THROUGH HAPPY HOMES IN NERJA?

Hi everyone,

Just looking for some advice.  We have seen a lovely property to rent throught happy homes who are based in Torrox.  The only thing is they don't seem to have any offices and are run from home.  The lady we are delling with seems to be great but we are unsure about giving her a two month deposit on top of a months rent when the property isn't going to be ready until start of June.

If anyone has any info it would great as my wife has fallen in love with the property and does not want to lose it.

Lots of people work from home nowadays as office space ois soooooo expensive, make sure you have a receipt signed by her and her NIE/CIF number, that way if things dont happen you can denounce her....Torrox is a lovely place to stay..happy holidays
