Dave, I love things like this.  I think it's great.  I assume you are planning on renting out your property.  I have seen some very successful videos where it displays a url at the end where they can then go and book the apartment after getting sucked in watching the video.

But great, anyone got any others?

I liked that, Dave. I especially thought the way the camera zoomed back out at times first then zoomed in again was creative. I tend to just zoom IN when I'm videoing. My husband says I made viewers seasick  with my video attempts ! Surprized you didn't show any golf greens but appreciate time's very limited on You Yube.
