Registration of Rental properties

I received an email to day from one of my rental sites that I advertise my house on telling me of new legislation from the Valencia Government stating that all holiday rental property must be registered and advising members to consult their legal advisors

Has any one any information on this legislation.

I have just been checking my legislation database and the oficial regional Valencian legislation database  and there is nothing new on regional legislation in Valencia on this topic since 1993.

This is something that has been fairly widely reported in the holiday home rental circle. There has been speculation that owners who rent their property out through internet agencies will have to register with Valencia's Department of Tourism.
