Had a local Lawyer do the work. Got offer and estate agent now tells us Copia Simple states a much lower build than actually is there. Old mid terrace house in village with no sign of any extension being built ever. No land at all with it either. 0 Like Spam post or abuse? Please let us know

There is something called Consumer Law and there are lawyers who are passionate about it, so I am told. This is an amazing and unbelievable situation. There is something called Consumer Law and there are lawyers who are passionate about it, so I am told. Maybe your son’s lawyer was not.
