Hi there are plenty of books and soem advertise on here.

Loads of articles on internet free and to buy

Plenty of info on this forum and a it is a good start

Are you planning to live here, retire work etc or just a holiday home?

Do you want a flat, urbanisation, private secluded etc

The market is good for a buyer but remember to add approx 10 to 12% for fees and taxes

Get a good solicitor do do all checks and research, research, research

Good luck

You've selected an interesting area, might I suggest north of Alicante? We stay at a friends luxury villa in La Fustera, it's great for a holiday but I would want a bit more of a community if we lived there permanently, village houses are well worth a look, but only with parking/garage as on street parking may be scarce and a good walk from the property.

Good luck to you. yes
