My wife and I ( both retired late 50's),will be seeking a long term rental (any type considered),located on the coast anywhere between Almayate and Torrox Costa,Costa del Sol.
Tenancy to commence on or around September for at least 11/12 months.
We are non smokers but do have a small house trained dog.
Our wish list would be:- Furnished. minimum 2 bedroom,not many stairs,pool or seating area with view of sea,
parking and nice neighbours! Our budget would be maximum 450 euros per month and references can be supplied if required.
We have been living in Spain for over 4 years now,so are in a postion to view.
