We are trying to buy an apartment between Manilva and Estepona any help would be great.
Looking for a 2 Bed with seaviews and large open terrace.

Expensive
Much cheaper in Costa Blanca South Calida and Almeria between Aguilas and Mojacar
And it can be just as 'posh' ....very popular with the Spanish.....their Prime Minister has just bought in Vera Playa....not as rich as our former PM [ 7 I suppose current] as he only paid 450.000 € for a 3 bed Villa 100m from a ' real sandy ' beach
Better prospects for property growth in this part of Almeria
May be worth a look
I do like C d Sol but you have to seek out any good value at present

There are soooo many apartments for sale in Vera Playa at the moment. They have built so many in the last year and I really don't know how they're going to sell them all.
