Southern Spain

Hi ExPats and fellow Spanish forum users,

I have been living in Barcelona for 4 months and am enjoying Catalunya a lot. I have some holiday coming up and would like to visit the South. Wondered if you have any suggestions, preferred region, type of accommodation?

We are planning to go first two weeks of May. My boyfriend has likes the idea of Mijas, any thoughts?

I have found one villa in Mijas  called  Villas Mijas Relax on DivinoVillas and would love your thoughts on it...

We are travelling with my parents and want to know if the area is suitable,

Hi Louise 243,have a look around the Mar Menor,lovely beaches,shallow,very warm water,great for snorkelling.regards

Must agree the Mar Menor is very nice. The town of Los Alcazares has lots of restaurants and bars so pkenty to choose from or if you fancy something different Cartagnea is onloy a short drive away. My friends also have a villa they rent out near Los Alcazares which might suit you Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and it's own pool.
