Hi, profuse apologies for raising yet again the issue of residencia[ I.D ] but I am so confused by the many opinions on the subject; all of which are different.
My wife and I have NIE`s and have registered at out local townhall as residents. I pay spanish income tax on my uk income and have
a certificate of "residencia Fiscal En Espana". I am having far too many "senior moments" so now is the time to get into the spanish health care. I know to ring Fuengirola police station for an appointment to apply for residencia [ I.D ] but my confusion arises from recent articles I have read in the press about proving income and showing that I have a private health insurance in place. We pay Helicopters.....
whoever they are for yearly emergency treatment and I can produce monthly statements showing income.
Has anyone very recently applied for I.D`s and if so please tell me what docs were required and whether the procedure has dramatically changed.
