Hi, I have just joined today. My huband and I have a property in Los Palacios near Rojales which we are selling and we are trying to find out the name of the adminitrator of our community. Does anyone know how I would go about finding out.

 Suggest you ask your president.  He/she should know for definite.

Hi - the name of the Administrator should be on the minutes of all the AGMs which you should receive every year.  Failing that, as bobal said, ask the President of the community.

Or just ask one of the neighbours?

Or if you are not here in Spain to ask one of the neighbours, who do you pay your community charges to? not the administrator? you should have contact details for both the president and administrator.
