Am new here and i really need much advice.I and my girl friend are living together in Sabadell we are on the process of paraja de hecho. we already apply for the certificate which we never receive it yet since on third of last month.the last two weeks we where at the town hall to check,

One lady was telling us we dont need any certificate whiles my girld friend she is from Germany. the certificate is only issued to spanish citizens but both of us are not.after somedays we went to the town hall again and meet different person she was telling us our certificate would be ready this really comfuses us

please any advices

 You can obtain a certificate of course. You have a right to know the result of the registration procedure in written out of rights contained in provisions 35 and seq of the Public Administration legal regime and Commun Administrative Procedure Act ( 30/92).

I would check by the town hall this week if everything look quiet. Because they promise to contact us this week.

It really comfused us now.
