Parra Mellado and FLO

Hi all

We have a property on El Saltador.We have recently paid a further sum of our retention to Paco's Architect to facilitate the issue of First Licence.I am told that FLO's will be issued following final connection of tyhe streetlights - supposedly imminent.

Has any body else heard anything further on this.We will be out next week 21st Dec

As of April 2013 PARRA MELLADO ( Parra Mellado) are now in receivership having applied for voluntary bankruptcy.

Because of this NO ONE is authorised to deal with financial issues OTHER THAN the administrators.

Please please please do not part with a penny of your hard earned money to pay any outstanding sums to this company without the express consent of the administrators.

We have recently nearly lost our life savings, when a solicitor acting for them purported to be acting for the administrators, when in deed he was not.We have been legally advised that had we paid this money  the administrators would have reclaimed the debt in years to come and annulled our paperwork with our life savings lost. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
