Exemption of Estepona Basura Tax 2011

Does anyone now if these have been granted yet. I applied in August 2011 and was told it would be announced by November 2011.You had to go to the Town Hall near the Indoor Market from 25th July 2011 to 9th September 2011 to hand in your Documents.
