Beware

We own a house in jockey Villas - La Cala and about a year ago we had it on the market for long term rental. We were with agents in La Cala who claimed to be the Stars of the town, and informed us that the owner of the agency had a friend who wanted to rent our house in the long term. Great we thought. However since then the agency have collected a months rental from us and we have been left with debts of 2300 Euros for unpaid rental and utility bills. The (English - I am ashamed to say) tenants, whose names I am willing to share to stop these people from doing the same again to anyone, have consistently told us that they will be paying what they owe, Now they have left without a trace and we are left in danger of losing the house and in severe financial trouble. 

Please do not allow these parasites to get away with this despicable behaviour.
