Hello Everyone

I would be very interested to hear of anyone from the UK, Spain or anywhere in the EU who invested in the 'La Siesta' development in Denia a number of years ago.

The German developer, Berliner Bau, went into administration last year in Germany, and despite original assurances from the Cam Bank in Denia that our deposits were safe, they have subsequently proved to be uncooperative with lawyers, and we have recently heard that the bank is possibly being nationalised.

If you, or anyone you know, invested in or has knowledge of this situtation, please contact us. This may help us to pool resources to claim the property when the development is finally finished.

Many thanks, Robert Goldsbrough (& on behalf of Susan Goldsbrough)
