Taxes and other fees payable at Roda Golf

Hi All

I am currently considering purchasing a 3 bed Town House at Roda Golf. I would be very grateful, if a owner of a similar property could give me some guidance on what the current annual cost is for various taxes and charges. I am particularly interested in the following:

Community fee, Entidad fee, IBI Tax, La Renta Tax

Hi Shiu - you should ask your agent about all the fees and costs - that's what you pay them for!! 

If the property is a resale then they should be checking that all bills are paid up to date - elec, water, Suma, Community fees, so they should have all the information you need on hand.
