starting up stables

Hiya, I am renting stables in Catral and am trying to get it all above board, but am finding it difficult to know where to start, apparantly there are all new rules regarding horses and they all need new passports and to do this I need a numero de Ganadero, also with all the problems with everything being illegal at the moment am unsure as to the situation with the stables and house that I am renting? and also apparantly I need a Nucleos zoologicos for the stables. is there anyone out there that knows where and how I should start all this???

In Spain doing everything legal and above board is way more complicated than it should be.

I gave a similar response to someone else on a different thread but maybe have a chat with Myra and Antonio at Costa Advice Bureau.  They charge 99 Euros per year for their service but this is the sort of thing they could sort for you.
