Marin dor off plan in Tamesna morocco

We heard that  the issues regarding this development started as a man named Mark  had tried to put people of buying the properties once he was told by the developers they did not want him to work for them. we have exchanged many e mails between direct 2 spain (the company who we are buying through)and our solicitor who was at a meeting with the developers and the directors of direct 2 spain last week. They insist all is safe and agrees they just need final licences for the development to go ahead.We have a copy of the contract but it is in spanish and needs to be translated, our solicitor has checked it though and said it is fine.The appartment we have reserved has already risen by 60,000 euro on the web sites and we could not afford on another development, so we have decided to stick with it !however the reserve we have to pay is now (9,000euro) has any one else been asked for the extra 3,000 euro?

I was informed about the same thing, and I too have decided to stick with them, speaking spanish has helped as I have been able to deal directly with them, and also have confirmed the bank guarantees with the bank manager and also spoke to the council regarding the planning. 

Currently the planning has been submitted to the committee and it's really a waiting game to see how long they will take to approve the plans. 

But definately the prices have increased on the web, and also there is nothing similar to this anywhere else, especially with the pool per 4 apartments. 

We have also decided to stick with them, mainly due to the price and also because we are not in any hurry to have the apartment, so even if it took another year to gain planning and then 2 years to build I would be quite happy as it means after the initial  deposit we would not need to pay anything else till 5 months before completion. 

Hopefully all will be ok and the apartments will be completed.

Seems to have gone quiet regarding this development. Spoke to town hall and permission still not granted and 3 other developments on the same road have had their plans publicly available and will be built before (or if) this development is built.

Thought showhouses were to have been built by April still nothing so it looks like nothing is going to happen here. All the agents i have looked at have different prices and payment schemes so you don't know what the actual deals are and the agents can't be bother when you do enquire to come back to you.

Hello, is anybody from the UK or indeed any other country buying here now? Who is the builder selling to/who is still buying them? Finally are there any UK agents still selling here please?
