Hi All

After lots of long conversations with, solicitors, Bank Manager's and the Promoters at El Balcon, they have decided to provide bank guarantees. I am currently finalising things with an independant solicitor before transfering my deposit to the CAM bank.

It seems lots have gone on, but after searching for other properties this is still the nicest I have seen and with the greatest space available for the money.

Has anyone else ben offered bank guarantees and are still continuing with the purchase.

Do you have to pay for the bank guarantee, if so how much? What reservation have you put down please?

I have not placed any deposit yet? 

As far as I am aware I have not been charged for my bank guarantee.
