HI all

We heard that  the issues regarding this development started as a man named Mark  had tried to put people of buying the properties once he was told by the developers they did not want him to work for them. we have exchanged many e mails between direct 2 spain (the company who we are buying through)and our solicitor who was at a meeting with the developers and the directors of direct 2 spain last week. They insist all is safe and agrees they just need final licences for the development to go ahead.We have a copy of the contract but it is in spanish and needs to be translated, our solicitor has checked it though and said it is fine.The appartment we have reserved has already risen by 60,000 euro on the web sites and we could not afford on another development, so we have decided to stick with it !however the reserve we have to pay is now (9,000euro) has any one else been asked for the extra 3,000 euro?

Hi

We have reserved a 3 bed bungalow on this site after my husband Dean went over to look at the site in january , he said it was fab and the views were great,we sent our first deposit using HIFX on the 1st february we  are looking forward to watching the progression of the site and hopefully see some photos.
