I was told that when you leave Al Andalus Thalassa and travel towards the sea, it will be built on the other side of the road, roughly opposite the car park where KM have their Customer services cabin.
There is also a rumour that a golf course is to be built opposite the development, but it may only be 9 hole.

Key Mare wasted no time in repairing the advertising board which was recently damaged by the extremely strong wind.
This suggests that they really MIGHT be going to build a new commercial centre ? Don't hold your breath though.
It was refreshing to see that the litter that had been blown all over the place had been collected up, well done for that.

Call me cynical but this might be a sales and marketing ploy,designed to lure new buyers,they could use it in their sales pitch.
The speedy repair would support that idea,because the sign is a form of advertising.Why put up the sign,and we have not had a reply,the plot thickens?

I was told that the building would not take place until enough properties had been sold to support usage of shops etc. Presumably because if KM can't assure prospective commercial buyers then it would not be viable to build 'on spec'. Now many of the private properties have been sold over all of the developments, they will start promoting the commercial centre.
