Hi.

  We are buying on Jardines 13.We sign up on the 27 June at the notary.Can anyone advise us on snagging and any good

firms? We are visiting Spain for a week from the 27 April.

Hi,

We are using our Solicitor to do our signing on the 27th as I will be Offshore on that date. We also asked our solicitor to arrange for the snagging to make life easier for us. Hoping to get across in the middle of July to arrange lighting and furniture.

We have found quite a lot of snagging info on the general forum and there is a snagging company that advertises- inspec tor homes- but thats not a recommedation as we are not that far along ourselves and havent used them. If I recall Polaris world art also has something to do with snagging. If you use someone and could recommend them please let us know as we are not sure we will be able to do our own snagging.
