ALGORFA Air-Con business (Solarplan)

We visited the showhomes on Condado on Friday of last week and were shown the full site model - we immediately noticed that the Foro was blanked out and when we pointed this out we were told it was moving but they were not sure where to.  When we revisted  on Monday, we asked a different person about this and they said they didn't know about it.  Has anyone else heard anything about it?

Otherwise we were really impressed with the showhomes - they are fantastic and although small they are much bigger than they look in the photographs on the forum.

We are also in Jardin 2 did you find out anything about completion dates whilst you were there?  how did Jardin 2 look could you get near to it at all?

we're in garden 2 and they told us last week that our completion dates would be between july 1st and 15th, but they will confirm this by phone within the next couple of weeks. I hope todays news isn't as serious as it sounds though.

Hi .Pardon my ignorence but what or who is Foro ?

Just got an email from my agent, Paul Williams at Villacashback, he is over in Alicante/Murcia most of the time and was at PW HQ yesterday and says their is no sign or word that PW are moving the Foro at all.

He also states that the charges relating to PW in the corruption case do not relate at all to the Alhama site and that PW have received a fine and that's it????.........

Staying at La Torre at the moment and been up to the site today.

Regarding the Foro, it has definately disappeared from the model in the showroom but is still on all the maps.  We asked the sales advisor what was happening to it and he told us that it will be built but will take 2-3 years to build because of the size of it.

In the mean time we will have a temporary supermarket, bar and restaurant erected on phase 2 of naranjos.  We were also surprised to see that the construction of the gym is well underway in jardin 6. The temporary supermarket will hopefully be up and running within 3 months.

Personally we think that the shops and restaurants will be ready in Oasis first.  The Isle is up to 1st floor level and the lake is getting dug out surrounding the oasis.
