Adopt kitten

Have just received by e-mail a load of completion documents from Polaris World.  There is reference in there to community charge, connection charges for services, buildings/contents insurance etc etc.  Still at work so not had chance to read them properly - will do so tonight and update this thread with any information which may be helpful.

Sorry, had a busy week - there seems to be endless paperwork to sort out at the moment!  I will update this thread with the info from the completion documents over the weekend.  I have had a quick look at them - PW have provided insurance quotes from Zurich for buildings and contents.  I will put all the figures on this thread, then at least it gives some figures to work to and will help if people are getting other quotes for insurance etc.

We've just received yesterday by email completion documents from PW for completion 25th June. Have just printed them off there are about 7 attachments and basicly they are just forms to fill in for standing orders for electric, water, community charges and whether you want to take out their Home Insurance and giving details of the procedure.  Quite a lot of reading to do now.
