Horse Riding in the Condado de Alhama area?

I have just come back from visiting almoradi and while there went to see how our apartment at Luz De Almoradi was getting on and to see if it would be ready for April.

The pace still looks like a war zone our apartment is on the ground floor and all I can see diferent to when we were over in September is that they have the entrance stairs in and the floors have been tiled some of the kitchen units have been put in but not alot else.

I took my future daughter inlaw along to see the show house which is realy nice she was made up with what she saw that ie until we went into the twin bedroom and saw all the dampness there, it was even on the picture frames yet we were told its because they had 3 days of heavy rain in the last week.

I can only say that it does not look as if they will be ready by April or may and and I for one will be getting my apartment snagged to check out for any defaults especially dampness.

I haven't been on this site for a while, so I don't think we've spoken before.

Myself and my husband have bought a flat on the 2nd floor and our friends also on the 2nd floor, we've been advised by Atlas the May is the completion date and I again had this confirmed a couple of days ago.  We've been told not a major hold-up, only supplies etc and due to weather.

We're all hoping it will be finished soon as we've all booked to come out mid July for 3 and a half weeks.

Atlas have given us the update that the bathroom and kitchens in our apartments are all tiled and all plasterwork also completed.

Did the builders give yourself any reason for delays while you were out? and did they imply when build would be finished??
