Hi All

Have just received mail from sol stating the the Electric board are conecting up to Phase 1 today so hopefully will have power all the time onto the site instead of builders supply.  As we are out there on the 08th March will check it out and keep you informed if it was one of those flying pigs or  it has really happened, the water is a different thing they say this will not be connected untill the road is complete which could be a few months down the line, If the power is on at least the lifts and gates should work.

You timescale seems a bit more  like the truth going on past events .

Can any one tell me if we require insurance for the building or will that be covered by the commitee ,  I thought that all we had to purchase was insurance for contents and Public liability?

Pdrich  mabye we will catch you down the Marina I will be the one with a big smile if I have completed on the 11th if not the one with a glum face .

Has anyone any idea what supermarkets are open on Thurs 20th, or Friday 21st March. I gather there is a big shut down for Semana Santa but surely there must be some supermarket in the Sabinillas, Duquesa area open for visitors arriving late on Wednesday night 19th March for the Easter holiday?

Any information appreciated!

My understanding is you need building and contenst insurance. You need to check your contents is covered also for renting if thats what you do and you have enough public liability covered as well
