The Albox problem cropped up about three years ago, when land was developed without permission and houses sold without any licence.
The press at that time mentioned that Brit's. (among others) were still buying on the promise from the builder that a licence would be issued in due course.
The fact that one of the large banks here are behind the SG development
and have monitored the progress all the way through, must surely indicate
that they have checked and are happy with the relevant paperwork/licence etc.in place.
