I own the villa nex to the swinging gnomes , I think its barry and sylvia I have just gone into this site for the first time in about a year. Could i please be told what is happening and also is there any possibility that my neighbours could be told that I would like to contact them.

I bought in block 13 i think, and have paid a 50k deposit and it is very late I would be very interested in contacting you especially as i was told july 07, so its nearly a year late and I have no completion date and I have lost interest in purchasing.

in todays climate of dropping property prices they will prob have to lose money if they sell, I am going to hang in try to get rentals and prob sell in 3 or 4 yrs

I tried to organise the snagging prior to signing and was told by masa that the snagging could not be completed until I had organised a signing over date with the notary
