to check your apartment not just the snagging but the size

as stated in all the literature and it is also mentioned on the

recept for the reservation deposit so it is very clear as to the

size they are ment to be and if you check this against the

size that they actually are you will find there is a huge diffrece

this constatutes a breach of contract dont miss this

oppertunity.

and the size it really is, is it an 84sqm( excluding terrace) or is it one of

the 81 sqm  you seem to be holding back on something.With all due respects

I would prefere to see an independant with no vested interest do the measurements

I repeat they are not the size that they are supposed  to be so where are you coming

ok guss.  my flight out there isn;'t until date of completion so i cannot snag or measure beforehand.   can you suggest how i can get in measured independently before then as i can't seem to find anyone to do it.  my apt says 80.60 sq m plus 49m2 extra for terrace and balcony

When I first visited the site office in 2004, I was given a 1:75 scale plan of my type 14B apartment.  On a visit to my apartment in 2006, I measured the apartment and all dimensions were within + or - 2cm of the plan.    I have always used this plan as my guide as one can never trust the methods used to calculate M2.      I am happy that I am getting what I was promised inside the apartment and getting a bonus with the larger than expected terrace.   Crunch time comes next week with the snagging !!

we used the plan and found the same as you.  We also were surprised that our balcony was a bit bigger than expected.

I am afraid all I can suggest is go to the furniture shop just a short distance from the development

in sabinalles its near the super market on the same side he was very helpful to me when I was

enquiring about furniture for my apartment before I cancelled and he knows the flats well and because

he is just a short stroll away he can help you or get someone for you at very short notice it takes only

a few minutes to measure the total  area of the apartment.

Has anybody actually measured windows doors etc? my apt is type 7-b and i was told, over and over that it had french doors on the master bedroom as well as the living area. All of my furniture is paid for and due to arrive but i haven't done any windows as i can't seem to get any information on sizes etc. As i have never actually gotten into my apt on my visits i cannot confirm i have even seen the french doors on the bedroom but will be very disappointed if it ,in fact, has a window. (oh dear, don't mean to start another discussion about the windows and doors etc as we've been there before)

The bedrooms with Juliet balconies are the ones with the french doors.

I was in block 16 and there was no mention of french doors in the master bedroom

maybe its diffrent on your block  they did make changes as things progressed but

all the small juliet balconies on my block had these doors.
