I was yesterday at the site in Manilva. At the road worked 2 units of vehicle. 3 days before at the entry blocks company from autamento make sistem of entry. They don´t speak english (I am a little too) but they agree that with phase 1 "All will be OK".

Here several people who was last payment and sign title deed at notario (escrityra). For spanish law after that title deed send to "Registro de la propiedad" for change name old owner (in our case - this is builder "Aranal Sur 21 S.A.") at name of new owner. If you new owner you can get "nota simple" at your owner name.  Who got "nota simple" at your new owner name?

Agree, Los Alcasares is a nice place. But in the winter not many people here and several shops is closed. About Torrevieha: I don't like this place, becouse here not comfortable. More better Guardamar del Segura, but property here expensive. Several my clients bought property in this provinces (Alicante and Murcia), and for your choose you need to take into account different reasons. I recomend to live in intresting area several weeks at the winter (not summer) and choose property only after that.

I looked this crack too. The builder answer me that "when buyers ask us about this problem we will repear this".
