plusvalia tax

I know this info is somewhere on this site, but I haven't been able to find it!  We are hoping to complete in a couple of weeks and the first thing I want to do is change all the  door locks.  Can anyone recommend someone for this job?

We do know a reputable compnay that can do this for you

You should not change the locks or furnish the property until after the snagging repairs have been completed as the builder require access

There is a qualified Locksmith living on SG at the moment, Pete at M15-31 ALbatros. If Rob has not moved in by the time that you need these jobs doing, you could give him a shout, he intends to provide that sort of service, as he will be living there on a permanent basis.

I know your advice is how it should be done by the book and we appreciate your views, after all your only looking for work to come your way from your views put on this site, but there are people on this site looking for work and we do not appreciate it when you butt in on our forums saying that you know a company that can do this or that, sorry to sound rude but we have got to live on S/G and get work on S/G we do not need people like yourself advertising for other people, for instance my neighbour on site is a locksmith and looking for work as well, so please remember there should be no advertising on these forums.

I am happy to respond to this as yes as a result of the free advice and help I give on these forums I get work, property inspection work, not buildng or changing locks, or keyholding or airport pickups

I operate a legal company and have done for 3 years, paying tax and 230 euros a month national insurance, which entitles me to work in Spain and spend money on promotions and adverising, but nore importantly I have been able to build up a network of reliable registered tradesman

 Too many people come to Spain and opertae outside the system, do not want to pay into the system and expect tp charge the prices for work that are paid in th UK, they get on theplan a labourer and get off a master builder

In order for your friend the locksmith to operate legally h will have to invest in becomming licensed with the local Police, will need languauge skills and will require th necessary insurances as without them insurances can be void

I have too many examples of half finshed work where an unregistered individual has disapeared with the deposit so I know the people I trust will do a professional job

By the way I also give a great deal of work to these tradesman and take no commission andI have not put any of their details on the forum

We are all pleased of your great achievements well done, three cheers for you.

There are also people coming to Spain who are going to join the system and pay taxes etc and start a legal company.

It might just upset some people though.

REGARDING THE WORK ON (SG) WE UNDERSTAND YOUR COMMENTS, BUT TONY AND MYSELF DO INTEND TO REGISTER LEGALLY FOR WORK AND PAY OUR TAXES AND INSURANCE TO THE SPANISH GOVERMENT, WE HAVE ASKED OUR SOLICITOR WHO IS  ALSO AN ACCOUNTANT FOR ADVICE,WE KNOW THE CORRECT PROCEDURES AND INTEND TO FOLLOW THEM.....
